How to Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your account, please follow the steps below. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data and cannot be undone.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Open the AstroAdvice app on your mobile device.
2. Tap on Profile > Request Account Deletion.
3. Delete Account dialog will appear to confirm this request.
4. Confirm your request by tapping Yes.
5. This will prevent any further login to the app.
6. However, you need to send an email to astroadvice9@gmail.com with subject:DELETE MY ACCOUNT from your email registered on the app. This will confirm that request is from a valid user.
7. We will start the account deletion process within 1 month of receiving this request from app and email.
8. You will receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted.
9. In case you wish to cancel this request. Please send another email to astroadvice9@gmail.com with subject:CANCEL DELETE MY ACCOUNT from your email registered on the app. If we receive this email before the account deletion process is started. We will cancel the request and restore your account.

Important Information

• Account deletion is **permanent** and cannot be undone.
• Your personal data, posts, queries and preferences will be erased.
• If you have an active query, please wait for the response to it before requesting account deletion. If you request for deletion, your query will be deleted as well. And any payments made for it will not be refunded.
• Some residual data may be retained for legal or regulatory reasons.
